The Bayeux Festival Medieval 1st to 3rd July 2022

Each year since 2007, D-Day Festival Normandy has been offering a program of festive events for the anniversary of the Allied Landings of 6th June 1944.

For the 79th anniversary of the Normandy landings, the partner tourist offices and the organisers are following the boost regained in 2022 and are happy to welcome visitors once again to celebrate the freedom regained.

This 17th edition promises to be rich in popular events: parades of period vehicles, parachute drops, concerts of music from the 1940s, dance balls, re-enactment camps, military exchanges, fireworks and exhibitions...
